I have Dystonia. It has given me a unique perspective and a passion for working in the disabilities arena. I look to utilize my education and personal life experience to help individuals with disabilities cope with daily life challenges, see the possibilities for their future growth, and understand the technologies that can help them accomplish their life goals, and foster positive self worth.

I am an active member of the Junior Advisory Council for the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation. I have spoken to members of Congress with the Dystonia Advocacy Coalition as well spoken at various Dystonia events and symposiums.
